RAIL & TRANSPORTATION

Better transport begins with the right corridor—not another expensive redesign.

We evaluate transport demand, alternative routes, road safety, public transport, land access, environmental constraints and community interfaces early—so developers can select a more credible route and prepare projects with fewer avoidable delays.

THE THERO MULTIMODAL PROJECT-READINESS MODEL

Find the better route.
Clear the critical path.

The shortest line on a map is not always the most developable. Our science-backed corridor screening compares road, BRT, depot and rail-interface options against the constraints that determine safety, social acceptance, permits, affordability and implementation.

01 / INVESTMENT INTELLIGENCE

One corridor. Multiple connected decisions.

02 / SELECT A DECISION GATE

Move from route risk to delivery readiness.

CURRENT GATE 01 / 05

The most developable route comes first.

Compare movement demand, trip origins, route geometry and existing infrastructure before selecting a preferred corridor.

  • Travel demand, BRT/TOD connectivity and access
  • Alternative alignments, utilities and construction interfaces
  • Early time, cost and investment assumptions

THE INVESTMENT RULEChoose a route that can be justified, permitted, accepted and delivered—not simply the shortest route.
Discover our stage-gate approach
Why it matters: An early constraints-screened route may reduce avoidable rework and clarify the sequence of permissions. It is not a guarantee of faster approvals or a substitute for traffic modelling, detailed design, environmental assessment, statutory authorisations, rail/road authority approvals or community consultation. The diagram is illustrative, not an actual corridor selection.
